This beautiful hooded cowl is worked in the round using easy stitches. The picot-trimmed chain fringe frames the collar bones and shoulders  elegantly. The drape of the yarn allows the hood to sit up on the head on a blustery winter day or make beautiful folds as it drapes around the neck.

Be So Toasty Yarn is a #1 fingering weight yarn that is 65% super wash merino wool and 35% bamboo – it is so soft and lofty with gorgeous drape.

This is a one-ball project! You can make this gorgeous scarf quickly and with only 1 ball of yarn!

What you will need to make the Minka Hooded Crochet Pattern:

• 450 yds (411m) #1 fingering weight yarn

• G/6 (4mm) crochet hook

• Yarn needle

• Scissors

  Shown in:  

  Be So Toasty Yarn; 65% merino wool / 35% bamboo; 590 yds (539m) per 4 oz (113g); color Aqua.

Gauge: 

20 sts / 8 rounds = 4 in (10cm) in blocked stitch pattern

Finished Size:

24 in (61cm) circumference x 18 in  (45.7cm) tall
