Reese Crochet Hat Pattern

This is an incredibly simple hat worked only in double crochet. The interesting starburst crown and vertical striped walls are created by carrying two different colored yarns throughout the project. The two high contrast colors shown remind me of cookies and cream ice cream. Combine any two colors to reflect your favorite sweets!

What you will need:

• 70 (75, 80, 85, 90, 95) yds or 64 (68.6, 73.1, 77.7, 82.3, 86.3)m #4 worsted weight yarn
  or
  35 (37.5, 40, 42.5, 45, 47.5) yds or 32 (34.3, 36.6, 38.8, 41.1, 43.4)m #4 worsted weight yarn per color
• G/6 (4mm) or H/8 (5mm) crochet hook, or size needed to obtain gauge.

• Yarn needle
• Scissors

Be So Bold Yarn; 184 yds (167m) per 4oz (113g); 75% bamboo / 25% cotton fiber; color A chocolate truffles, color B enchanted jasmine, 1 ball each.

Finished Sizes:

14.5 (16, 18.5, 21, 23.5, 26) in or 36.83 (40.6, 47, 53.3, 60, 66)cm circumference.

6 (7, 8, 8, 9, 10) in or 15.2 (17.8, 20.3, 22.9, 22.9, 25.4)cm tall.
