Decadent, chic and wildly bohemian, this super fun and easy bag pattern is sure to please! Make one for yourself and the fashion divas on your gift list this holiday season. Begin at the base with narrow rows of single crochet, then wrap the body with rounds of double crochet through the back loop only to make adding the fringe incredibly simple. Adding a pre-made bag, inside-out, for lining takes all the fuss out of lining a bag. Handles are sewn on with yarn in a couple of minutes.

What you will need:

#4 worsted weight yarn, shown in (3) balls of Be So Tender Yarn, color denim

(1) cotton drawstring project bag (12” x 12”)

(2) wooden purse handles

H/8 (5mm) crochet hook

Yarn needle

Scissors

Gauge: 3 sts = 1”, but gauge is not critical for this project

Finished size: Bag is 9” high x 12” wide before handles or fringe. The finished bag is 12” wide x 14” tall
