Beaded Lila Necklace Scarf Free Crochet Pattern

This gorgeous scarf is a great way to practice shaping in a stitch pattern before jumping into making a shawl or sweater. With the addition of unique and gorgeous beads along the center corner, this scarf transforms into a gorgeous necklace-style accessory to frame your face beautifully.
What you will need:
Be So Fine Yarn, shown in color Lilac Memories
F.5 (3.75mm) crochet hook
9 knot beads
Gauge: one repeat = 3” wide after blocking, but gauge is not critical for this project
Finished size: 5.5” wide, 51” wide along the narrow (top edge) and wider at the V-point
Instructions:
Foundation set up row: *Ch4, tr in 4th ch from hook. Rep from * 44 more times. — 45 foundation ovals
Row 1: slst into first oval, ch3 (counts as dc), (dc, ch2, 2dc) in same oval. Ch2, sc in next oval, ch2, 7dc in next oval, ch2, sc in next oval, *ch5, sc in next oval, ch2, 7dc in next oval, ch2, sc in next oval, ch2. Rep from * across, (2dc, ch2, 2dc) in last oval. — 15 7dc shells

NOTE: slip a bead onto the yarn and work a bead ch1 in the center ch of the ch3 picot for the center petal of the center 9 flowers.
Weave in loose ends. Hand wash, block to finished measurements and let dry.
