This hat uses a simple square shape to create a streamlined design that will make a welcome gift for anyone in your life. In this hat, a traditional square motif is used, which is then converted to a hexagon to shape the top crown of the hat. The unisex design is sized by adjusting the gauge of the motifs.

What you will need:

• 142 (156, 172, 189)yds or  130 (142.6, 157.3, 172.8)m #3 dk weight yarn
• D/3 (3amm), G/6 (4mm), H/8 (5mm), J/10 (6.0mm) crochet hook, or size needed to obtain gauge.
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
