Iskra Crochet Shawl Pattern

The Iskra Crochet Shawl Pattern is a super easy top down increasing crochet shawl pattern that uses two different yarns held together throughout. The crochet chain fringe is featured along the lower V edge of the triangle for a simple, elegant and easy-to-care-for edging.

What you will need:

• 500 yds (457m) #4 worsted weight yarn
• 500 yds (457m) sequin yarn
• K/10.5 (6.5mm) crochet hook
• Scissors
• Yarn needle

Note: Yarns are held together throughout pattern.

Hobbii Yarn’s MegaBall Aran; 100% premium acrylic, #5 bulky weight yarn; 765 yds (700m) per 14.1 oz (400g); 1 ball, color 35, aqua.

Party Deluxe; 100% polyester sequin yarn; 273yds (230m) per 1.75 oz (50g) cone; color siliver 18174, 2 cones.

Gauge: 

13 sts / 5 rows = 4 in (10cm) in stitch pattern, after blocking.

Finished Size:

70 in (177.8cm) wide x 31 in (78.7cm) long, including fringe.

Stitch Guide: 

Chain (ch), slip stitch (slst), and double crochet (dc).

• Weave in loose ends as work progresses
• Turn work at the end of each row.
