How to Make the BEST Roasted Broccoli Fast Easy and Delicious Recipe by Kristin Omdahl
This broccoli is so delicious I make it in huge batches and it always disappears! Even people who say they don’t like broccoli even eat this recipe!
What you will need:
1/2 lb pancetta, cut into cubes or lardons
3 lbs fresh broccoli, cut into pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juice and zest
Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Peel skin off of pancetta, then cut into lardons (1/4 in x 1/4 in x 1 in) or small cubes.

Roast pancetta in oven for 20 – 30 minutes until the fat renders out (melts out) and becomes crispy.

Add the broccoli and garlic to pancetta and toss to combine.

Return to oven for 10 minutes if you like crispy roasted broccoli. If you prefer it more well done, you can cook it for an additional 5 – 10 minutes.

Remove pan from oven and pour the lemon juice and zest over the broccoli.

Season to taste with Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper.

Toss to combine.
