Yarn: Be So Fine BLING Yarn
This was my very first project using “Be so fine bling yarn” by Kristen Omdahl, and it took a year to complete. It is special because I was crocheting it during the last year of my mom’s life, taking it to doctor appointments, sleep overs, and on many heart breaking moments when I needed to focus on the next step I was going to face. Throughout it all, I changed the stitches in some places, started it over when I made mistakes, and cried myself to the next level of the pattern. This is what I made and think it came out a little different than what I had started it out to be, but I like it. What do you think?

Well done! I started crocheting again after my mom went through cancer treatments, so I inderstand how this project helped you deal with the difficult situation. I am so sorry you lost your mom. My mom beat her cancer, but died 2 years later. She was 96.5 years old and lived at home. I miss her everyday. I am sure you miss your mom too.
