Don’t Let Learning to Knit or Crochet Intimidate You – Everything is Easy Once You Know How

It can be intimidating to decide you want to try and learn a new hobby or craft. The beautiful realization I have come to is that even the most complex tasks become second nature once you learn the steps to complete them. This is very true in the realm of knitting and crocheting.

No one starts out a master. We all have to crawl before we can walk or run.

It is in our human nature to be slightly nervous to try something we have never done before. This sense of trepidation is because we know we most likely won’t be wonderful at it immediately. No one enjoys feeling like they don’t know what they are doing but if you never try anything new there is zero chance of success or growth.

The old adage “you never know until you try” rings very true.

Some of our most amazing submissions are from those who started out with a lack of confidence that they could do it. They moved ahead anyway and tried. I am very happy today that many have surprised even themselves with what they found they were capable of creating.

I have redesigned my new website to be very user friendly. It encompasses a little something for everyone from beginner to expert with step by step, loop by loop, stitch by stitch, easy to follow instructions that leave you with a finished beautiful creation you can be proud of.

Patterns, video-based instruction that you can replay and rewind as many times as you need to, podcasts, and a real “tight-knit” community right here online. I have pulled together all the guidance and support you need to take up crocheting and or knitting easily and become a successful crafter.
