Whether you knit or crochet, you can make this beautiful striped cowl with simple stitches. Find the Knit Pattern for the Serene Sampler Mobius/Cowl HERE. The intricate color work is deceptively simple: using a sampler set of 8 colors of Be So Serene Yarn AND alternating the colors offset you can a very unique blending of these gorgeous hand dyed colors.
NOTE: you could use one solid color of sport weight yarn for a monochromatic project
In the video, learn how to customize the stitch multiple, crochet the stitches, change color between rows and join into a loop simply and seamlessly at the end!

(1) Sampler kit of Be So Serene Yarn; 100% organic cotton; #2 fine, sport weight yarn; 315 yds (m) per 4oz (113 gm)
H/8 (5mm) crochet hook

Ch 36Note: change color every 2 rows. To offset the stripes like the sample, use the first color for 5 stripes, use the rest of the colors for 9 stripes, and finish the first color with 4 stripes at the end.Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in ea of next 2 chs, *ch5, skip 5 chs, 1sc in ea of next 3 chs. Rep from * across. — 4 sets of ch5sRow 2: ch1, sc-tbl in ea of next 3 scs, *ch5, sc-tbl in ea of next 3 scs. Rep from * across.Rows 3 – 144: rep row 2.Assembly:
Holding last row and starting chain together, slst through both thicknesses for first 3 sts, *ch5, slst through both thickness for next 3 sts. Rep from * across. Fasten off.
Note: to make an infinity loop, make sure to not twist fabric when joining into a loop. If you prefer a mobius loop, make sure to twist only one time before joining into a loop.
