Lacey-Mae Crochet Bikini FREE Pattern
by Kristin Omdahl
The cluster scalloped edges bring playful flair to this classic bikini. Ties fasten the top. The coordinating bottom has elastic incorporated into the waist for a snug fit. This project takes only one ball of Be So Sporty Yarn – 100% bamboo, sport weight yarn. The sheen of the bamboo brings a luxurious finish to the classic crochet bikini design.

Row 11: turn work to crochet along lower edge of triangle, *ch2, sc in next end of row. Rep from * across. — 19 ch2 sps
Fasten off. Make 2.
Back tie: Make a chain 50″ long. Fasten off. Make a double knot at each end. Weave in tails. This tie is woven into row 11 of the bases of the triangles and ties around the rib cage. For more modest cleavage coverage, you can begin the ties 2″ up the front center of the triangles (like you are lacing shoes) and then work across row 11 of the bases of each triangle.
Neck Ties: Make a chain 18″ long, slst into the top corner stitch of one triangle, ch an additional 2″ and slst to the ch 4″ away from hook. This will give you a decorative 2″ double loop chain at the top of the triangles. Repeat for second neck tie.
