Sloane Crochet Lace Scarf FREE PATTERN

What you will need:
- 215 yards of #1 fingering weight yarn; shown in 100% bamboo.
- G/6 (4mm) crochet hook
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
Specialty Stitches:
3-Tr Cluster: *yo twice, insert hook in next st or sp, (yo, pull through 2 loops)x2. Rep from * two more times (4 loops on hook), yo, pull through all loops.
Gauge: 20 sts / 10 rows = 4 in (10cm) after blocking.
Finished size: 7 in (17.8cm) wide x 54 in (137.2cm) long, after blocking.
Instructions:
Multiple of 15 sts + 8
Row 1: Ch 38, dc in 6th ch from hook, *ch1, skip 1 ch, dc in next ch. Rep from * across, turn. — 17 ch1 sps
Row 2: Ch4 (counts as dc, ch1), dc in next dc, ch1, dc in next dc, ch5, skip next 2 dcs, 3tr-cluster in next dc, ch5, skip next 2 dcs, dc in next dc, ch1, dc in next dc, ch5, skip next 2 dcs, 3tr-cluster in next dc, ch5, skip next 2 dc, dc in next dc, (ch1, dc in next dc)x2, turn.
Row 3: Ch4 (counts as dc, ch1), dc in next dc, ch1, dc in next dc, ch4, sc in next ch5 sp, ch1, sc in next ch5 sp, ch4, dc in next dc, ch1, dc in next dc, ch4, sc in next ch5 sp, ch1, sc in next ch5 sp, ch4, dc in next dc, (ch1, dc in next dc)x2, turn.
Row 4: Ch4 (counts as dc, ch1), dc in next dc, ch1, dc in next dc, ch4, sc in next sc, sc in next ch1 sp, sc in next sc, ch4, dc in next dc, ch1, dc in next dc, ch4, sc in next sc, sc in next ch1 sp, sc in next sc, ch4, dc in next dc, (ch1, dc in next dc)x2, turn.
Row 5: Ch4 (counts as dc, ch1), dc in next dc, ch1, dc in next dc, ch5, skip 1 sc, 3tr-cluster in next sc, ch5, dc in next dc, ch1, dc in next dc, ch5, skip next sc, 3tr-cluster in next sc, ch5, dc in next dc, (ch1, dc in next dc)x2, turn.
Row 6: Ch4 (counts as dc, ch1, dc in next dc, ch1, dc in next dc, (ch1, skip 1 ch, dc in next ch)x2, ch1, dc in next cluster, (ch1, skip 1 ch, dc in next ch)x2, (ch1, dc in next dc)x2, (ch1, skip 1 ch, dc in next ch)x2, dc in next cluster, (ch1, skip 1 ch, dc in next ch)x2, dc in next dc, (ch1, dc in next dc)x2, turn.
Rows 7 – 131: Rep rows 2 – 6 twenty-five more times. Do not fasten off.
Edging:
Note: Edging is worked in a round (working around the entire perimeter of the scarf, beginning with the long side, then working along the beginning chain, then along the opposite long side, and finishing up with the last row of the scarf.
Round 1: *Ch4, 3tr-cluster in same st, skip one end of row, sc in next end of row*. Rep from * to * down to the starting chain.
Turn work 90 degrees so you are working along the free loops of the original starting chain. (ch4, 3tr-cluster in same st, skip 4 chs, sc in next ch)x4.
Turn work 90 degrees so you are working along the long side and working into the end of rows. Rep from * to * until you reach the last row worked of the scarf. (ch4, 3tr cluster in same st, skip 1 dc, sc in next dc)x4.
Fasten off. Weave in loose ends. Hand wash, block to finished measurements and allow to dry.

Lovely lightweight scarf. Would love to make but print PDF is not working properly.
