Materials:
Be So Fine Yarn; 100% bamboo, fingering weight yarn; 650 yds per 4oz hank; color shown is Tropical Hot Coral
B/2 (2.75mm) crochet hook
Magnetic Clasp closure

#1 Fingering Weight Yarn

Be So Fine Yarn

Gauge: each overlapping motif is 2″ wide x 1.5″ tall, the original motif is 2″ wide x 2″ tall

Finished Size: 14″ wide x 2.5″ tall

Special Stitch Instructions:
2-DTR Cluster: *yo twice, insert hook in next st or sp, (yo, pull through 2 loops)x2. Rep from * one more time (3 loops on hook), yo, pull through all loops.
3-DTR Cluster: *yo twice, insert hook in next st or sp, (yo, pull through 2 loops)x2. Rep from * two more times (4 loops on hook), yo, pull through all loops.

Instructions:
Motif 1:
Round 1: ch6, slst in 6th ch from hook to form ring. Ch5 (counts as dtr), 2-dtr cluster in ring, (ch4, 3-dtr cluster)x5 in ring, ch4, slst in top of first cluster to join. — 6 ch4 sps

Round 2: turn, slst in next ch4 sp, ch3 (counts as dc), 7dc in same sp, 8dc in ea ch4 sp around, slst in top of beg ch3 to join, turn. — 48 dcs

Motif 2:
Row 1: Slst in next 3 sts on last round of prev motif, ch4, turn, sk next 4 sts, slst in ea of next 4 sts, turn, ch4, (3-dtr cluster ch4)x3 in next ch4 sp, skip next 2 sts on last round of prev motif, slst in next 3 sts, turn.

Row 2: 8dc in ea ch4 sp across, sk next st on last round of prev motif, slst in next st, turn.

Motif 3:
Row 1: Slst in ea of next 14 sts, ch4, skip next 4 sts, slst in ea of next 4 sts, turn, ch4, (3-dtr cluster, ch4)x3 in next ch4 sp, skip next 2 sts on last row of prev motif, slst in next 3 sts, turn.

Row 2: 8dc in ea ch4 sp across, skip next st on last row of rpv motif, slst in next st, turn.

Rep row 3 seven more times.

Edging:
Row 1: slst in next 8 sts, turn, now working along entire long edge of choker, *ch3, 1dc in ea of next 2 sts, ch3, slst in same st as last dc, slst in next st. Rep from * 26 more times. — 27 petals. Fasten off.

Finishing:
Pin the choker to a blocking board and starch. Let it dry. Then starch it again and let it dry again.

Magnetic clasp assembly:
Separate the two pieces of the clasp, paying attention to prong and hole at join. Make sure you attach the clasps on the opposite ends of the choker with the opposite piece of the join facing the top. If the left side joined clasp has the prong on the top, make sure the right side joined clasp has the prong on the bottom. Sew to join with fine needle to be able to fit through the holes of the clasp. Or, use a small steel crochet hook (1.0mm) to slst through the holes and secure onto the choker.

Weave in loose ends.
