Materials:
Be So Brave Yarn; 100% American Merino Wool; 120 yds (109m) per 2oz (56g) hank; #4 medium (worsted weight yarn); color Picket Fence
US9 (5.5mm) knitting needles|
Yarn needle

Gauge: 4 sts/5 rounds = 1” in blocked stockinette stitch

Finished size: 18” circumference x 9” tall, unstretched

Stitch Abbreviations:

CO cast on; BO bind off; K knit; P purl; PM place marker; SM slip marker; YO yarn over; Sl slip stitch; K-tbl knit through the back loop; KFB knit into the front and back of same stitch; K2TOG knit 2 stitches together

Instructions:

CO 72 sts, join in round.

Round 1: *k3, p3. Rep from * around. — 72 sts

Rounds 2 – 44: *k3, p3. Rep from * around. — 72 sts

Round 45: *k2tog around. — 36 sts

Round 46: *k2tog around. — 18 sts

Round 47: *k2tog around. — 9 sts

Fasten off, leaving long tail. Thread tail onto yarn needle and

cinch all rem sts together and tie to secure.

Weave in loose ends.
