Lisette Crochet Lace Choker Necklace FREE Pattern Be So Fine Yarn by Kristin Omdahl

Lisette Crochet Lace Choker Necklace FREE Pattern Be So Fine Yarn by Kristin Omdahl

This is such a HOT trend right now and I’m loving seeing them all over, but I have yet to see a HANDMADE crochet lace choker. And I knew I needed to try it.

I crocheted an edging just shy of the circumference of my neck, added a magnetic closure to the ends. I thought it was safer to use magnetic closure instead of fixed closure (for sake of choking hazards). Freak accidents do happen … I feel much safer this way.

Then, I sprayed each side with starch (like you do when you iron), and let it dry. Voila! I have a GORGEOUS lace choker that is so fashionable right now!

Please enjoy this free pattern so you can make these gorgeous chokers too. Not only for yourself, but with the holidays right around the corner, they are quick handmade gifts, too!

xoxo, Kristin
